JD Sweid Chicken Fundraiser is back, just in time for Easter. This year we’re making it even easier for you and your loved ones to fill the freezer with a new online ordering process (no paper forms to manage ...YAY!).
Our fundraiser starts today, Mon. Feb 26, and runs until Sun Mar 10 at noon. Orders will be delivered to the Belmont Arena the week of March 24th. Pick-up day and time will be communicated later in March.
How to order
- Use and share the BMHA campaign link to vire the products, prices and place orders:

- $5 from every box sold goes directly back to our association.
- When checking out under for the “fundraising individual you are supporting” choose the team you are aligned with (U5 – U7, U11-U13-U15. U18 and up).
- Collect payment from those who placed orders and submit ONE total payment to BMHA either by cheque or e-transfer.
- E-transfer payment to: treasurer@belmontminorhockey.ca. Please include your players name and team in the notes. We also ask that you take a screenshot of photo of the your etransfer an send it to [email protected] or text 519-200-3839 to help us track payments.
- Cheques are made out to “Belmont Minor Hockey Association”. Drop your cheque into the BMHA mailbox outside of the coach’s room or email Melissa Symns at [email protected] to arrange alternative drop off options. Please include your players name and team in the memo line.
