Belmont Minor Hockey Executive would like to act proactively and inform our members in the event should the government and OMHA mandate that all 5-11 year old’s be vaccinated during the regular hockey season, registration fees will be prorated and reimbursed accordingly. 

If you are choosing to withdraw, please do so by October 7th to receive a full refund on your registration fees.
