Prior to completing the Online Coaching Application, please read the following carefully:
1. Deadline to submit Application is June 9, 2023 (for Rep) and July 14, 2023 (for Local League).
2. All applications will be reviewed by a committee of BMHA executive members after the deadline.
3. Successful applicants will be required to attend OMHA coaching clinics.
4. Successful applicants will be expected to comply with the BMHA's Constitution and By-Laws.
5. The intent of the program is to put the best available coaches on the ice with the players. A coach may be removed from his/her position at any time if it is determined they are not meeting the expectations of the BMHA.
6. The completed Application Form will be automatically emailed to the BMHA Coach Coordinator.
7. The Coach Coordinator will notify the successful Applicants prior to the commencement of the hockey season.
