Midget LL, 2017-2018 (Belmont Minor Hockey)

Good morning, we closed out the regular season with a quiet win over Thamesford last night. That means we went undefeated in our last 9 games !!!  So a congratulations goes out to the boys for finishing so strong this year. I am again travelling to Strathroy on Tuesday night to find out how the playoffs are going to work out and get some scheduling done. Home games are still on Sunday night at 7:30. Won't find out who we play until then but should have the information by Wednesday nights practice.  Again, great job in the regular season !!!

I will be going to Strathroy on Tuesday evening to create a season schedule of 7 home games and 7 away games.  The schedule will start up immediately, I know some of you have been wondering why no games were posted after this weekend.  The league wanted to seed everyone after a 6 game exhibition schedule, unfortunately we only got 4 games in when 2 of our opposing teams folded. Based on our 3-1 record, we will probably be in the A bracket and playing some decent travel games, such as Thamesford, Point Edward.
