Scores Not The Telling Tale For The B's
The game scores did not reflect how the B's played this weekend. With our young goalies still working on the skills, it seems every mistake ends up in the net. In Saturday's game, the B's showed their best effort of the season. With play in the Lambeth zone for a better part of the game, our forwards couldn't find the back of the net. The kids didn't give up though and kept playing hard until the final buzzer. In Sunday's game our goaltenders showed both the need to keep working hard at practice and flashes of greatness with a top shelf glove save by Maggie in the second period that had the puck end up on top of the net. Congrats to Jack and Marc for scoring their first goals of the season. Reid scored the other Belmont goal on Sunday.
