Novice A, 2012-2013 (Belmont Minor Hockey)

The OMHA Championship Series is all tied up at two games each.  The games have been very exciting for 7-8 yr old hockey!!  Game 5 is Friday night 7pm at the Belmont Arena. Go Belmont Go!!

 The Rangers swept Lucan Wednesday night, although the sweep does not indicate the series.  During the round robin Lucan had their way with Belmont in both games and won handily, if that is a word!

The ten game, five team round robin finished up tonight with the Rangers hosting the Kings from Dresden.  The game seemed like it was in slow motion as it took longer than an hour to complete. 

As the Novice Rangers continue to compete in the OMHA round robin play, they have come to realize they are only human.  On Wednesday night Lucan brought their troops to town.  After the drop of the puck it was obvious that Lucan was here for one reason and one reason only! The game was close for a while as both teams traded goals for the first 15 minutes of the game. Lucan stepped on the pedal to the right and never let up.  William Richardson didn't get any help from his boy's on the front lines on this night!
